Well the categories ‘titles’ I have hard-coded for now, but I was hoping to find a way to have it only display them (with the css – bold-red) if there were posts tagged as ‘current’. Kind of confusing and unless I get really good at php, I think I’m going to have to manually update these. I think I may have to hire someone to show me if what I want is possible.

I am also trying to sort by a custom field (end_date) that I created and am new to PHP. I would need something similar to ellebeaux. I want to sort all posts on all pages by end_date. It might even be the same hook mentioned above. Thanks for help since I’m a newbie!

If it’s not that simple, I might try using the old unsupported version first.
