never had this problem with the theme before.
I went and DL from the official site and deleted the one I had installed. I will see if that works.

The remove footer is to remove the bit about the flexibility theme at the bottom of the page.

Just finished installing what I have DL from the official site, and it is link free. So, it was just the foul play I was expecting. Some people will do anything to get their backlinks…sheesh.

It’s got to be in the code somewhere. Someone has obviously hidden it somewhere. I must have DL the them somewhere other than the official site, and someone has slipped it in somewhere for backlinks. naughty naughty…annoying too.

i will have a look but I haven’t had this problem before. I only have 3 plugins activated, because I have just installed this WP. Tried deactivating 1 by 1 and the link stayed put.

Yes, I experimented by deleting the entire contents of footer.php but all it did was get rid of the stuff at the very bottom. Those widgets(if that’s what they are) stayed intact.

As far as I can see, it doesn’t have the option to remove it. I really like this theme, it took me a long time to find one I liked. I guess I’ll start looking for a new one though.

I managed to find it. It was in stylesheets>p – I changed it to 12pts, I think it looks better now.
