This continues to be a problem for me. I’ve tried different themes, turning off and back on plugins and still the annoying “…confirm that you want to leave —data you have entered may not be saved.” The button options are Stay — which does nothing except spin and doesn’t save anything. If you refresh to stop the spinning then you’re back to where you started. If I hit the other button Leave Page, then it saves the page. Makes no sense why, or when, this annoying dialog box pops up. It does it with woocommerce products, posts, plugins trying to ship and print invoices, etc. I contacted Woocommerce as I thought initially is was a problem with it, but it’s doing it on another site that doesn’t have Woocommerce installed. Does anyone know what’s causing this and how to solve it?

I tried adding two fields (First and Last names) with no luck. One, it doesn’t record the Last name so the entry ends up in your error log with the others that have tried to sign up. I have two other Mailchimp sign ups on the site — in the header and sidebar only requiring an email address. They work perfectly with Mailchimp sending the verification and then just their email address entered into my Mailchimp list.

I’ve installed version 5.1.1. In testing the plugin, it is not working with MailChimp. I tried again using your notes above and generated a new API key. Still no luck. I tried my email address: [email protected] and a note comes up: that email is already signed up (which it is). Then, I entered a new email that I know is not on the list. It gives me the success, you’ve signed up note, but no verification email ever shows up in the INBOX, so no confirmation and so no new email address entry to my MailChimp list. Hope you can help as I have the same issue with the add ons not showing up on my product page. I have a group with three required text fields. I made the group public. The group shows up on my simple product page, not on the product page.
