In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics is completly brokenI found that import option yesterday. It shows now.
For the WooCommerce Status, if you were like me and had WooCommerce Admin blocked from the beginning this update actually removes WooCommerce Status from the dashboard and in place of that is WooCommerce Setup. Screen Option will not help with that.
To solve the issue is to say on v5.10 or be forced to do the WooCommerce Admin Setup and then the WooCommerce Status will reappear.
I’m clearly not the only one that is mentioned this.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Support Classic Editor PermanentlyIt’s definitely unfortunate. They want to kill yet, yet we want it to permanently stay alive and it’s one of the top best plugins. Would be a complete slap to the face for all customers of WordPress that need it. Want it.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Support Classic Editor PermanentlyWell, I guess I cannot edit my own post. No biggy, I’ll just past my edit here ??
I hope Classic Editor will never stop being supported. It works great and I rather this design over live editors. It’s perfect with TinyMCE.
I saw the original post said it would end on Dec 31, 2021 “The end of this year”
I’m glad it says here “at least 2022, or as long as is necessary” Unfortunately you still added an expiry date. I do not want to be forced ever to use Gutenberg. I want this to be permanently supported. Soon as this ends up being no longer supported, other plugin developers will stop supporting it as well. Sure someone may take over but what’s the point if other plugins you use that worked with it no longer do. That would unfortunately suck ??
I like the layout, it works great, it’s fast and right now supported. The way I want! I’m sure others agree. Keep it running ??
Thanks for reading and hope to see this continue for years to come!

In reply to: [Add From Server] WARNING Vulnerability in v3.3.3I didn’t see the other thread when I posted this. My apologies. Unfortunately, I cannot modify or delete it. @sterndata was able to approve it, should also remove it.
It’s good to know, there is no security issue for “admin” Administrator as I’m the only one that deals with my website ??
This plugin should really not be used today, there’s almost zero reason
The reason I use it is I have downloaded zips in other custom folders in wp-content/uploads that I upload by cPanel File Manager. I do this because I don’t want these downloads mixed in the year folders as it makes it easy for me to swap and so on. The problem is, WordPress Media Library won’t show those download zips by default.
So this is where your plugin comes in. It will show them in the media library with the URL to the folder for WooCommerce. Sure, I could just copy the URL path manually from cPanel and add that in the digital products page, but your plugin makes it much easier.
If you say I shouldn’t use it anymore, please point me to something that does the same but still is updated.
So yeah, I have 1 use for it! It’s wonderful and lightweight.

In reply to: [DH - Anti AdBlocker] Does not WorkHello, sorry for the late response. Yes, your demo works but it doesn’t on my website. Either way, I decided to not even bother adding a plugin like this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bloated Plugin Problems With New UpdateThanks. I sent them a message. Someone has already created a plugin to disable it in the meantime.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/#descriptionWooCommerce just needs to add a button into the settings to disable the features. Problem solved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bloated Plugin Problems With New UpdateThere is no option to create a new plugin and add it. I need it gone. I cannot use 4.0 without it running my I/O to the max and disabling my site. I’m permanently stuck on WooCommerce version 3.9.2 no thanks to there new bloated feature.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bloated Plugin Problems With New UpdateThanks. However, it should be apart of the plugin with a checkbox to disable it in General.
Awesome to know this will be a thing. Not all of us let customers go to the backend profile pages. They only use the WooCommerce login “My Account”. So everything would need to be done there for 2FA.
That will be great. I’m looking forward to it! Hopefully sometime soon!
Thanks.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] Will not work with Wordfence 2FAYes, I run two 2FA plugins. Currently WordFence 2FA and another 2FA plugin.
How that one works is when you go to the wp-login.php and put in your name/password then press login, it will then request a 2FA Code which is WordFence and you can then press Login. Next, it will ask for an Authentication Code which is the other 2FA plugin, then you press Authenticate to log into wp-admin backend. It’s all done on the same login box on the wp-login.php page.Right now with this 2FA plugin, it will not play nice with Wordfence 2FA Authentication at all. It will completely ignore any attempt on putting in the authentication code. It just goes right back to the Email/Pass on the login.php page.
If I disable WordFence 2FA this plugin works just fine.I have a use case for it. I have tried other 2FA plugins in the past and I have seen them get bypassed easily. Having a second one is helpful.
Right now I have a conundrum. Use what I have now and leave Woocommerce Customers without 2FA or Install this plugin and disable WordFence 2FA and put complete trust into this plugin. I would at this time not use this plugin because of the history I have had with other 2FA plugins. However, I really really want to have it work in Harmony with WordFence 2FA like the other current one I’m using that way customers at least have better protection than nothing.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Disable Email RequirementHello Matt Cromwell.
Thanks for the reply. You mentioned that the email address is required for these reasons.
Get an email receipt and access their donation history “either as a logged-in user or via the email access feature”
You have the option to disable in the email: New Donation & Donation Receipt and disable Registration to “None”Quote: “The second one really is a requirement that is in the donors best interest.”
It’s not if these are disabled. The donor can see transaction history in their PayPal.Quote: “Keep in mind that all the payment gateways we connect with also require an email address”
I use Paypal only for my setup. So Paypal Yes, requires one but that is on there page when you make the donation. You said it yourself, “this is not unique to Give in any way”
So why can’t you just add the option to disable the input if you disable all settings to it?I understand to have it for “Offline and or other payment gateways” but it’s not needed for PayPal as they again already ask for one.
Hello Aspen Grove Studios.
Thank you for the reply.QUOTE:
The customer should be able to simply remove the donation from the WooCommerce cart. The only way they can do that is to set it to 0 or 0.00 and update cart. however, it won’t change and only will change if the number is higher than what it’s originally set at.
In this image shows you what I mean.
https://damnpic.net/images/2018/08/31/2018-08-3019-18-30.pngThe only way I can keep it completely free is leaving it at 0 from the WooCommerce product type donation. If that is the case I wouldn’t need this plugin to do just that.
I live the idea to set it to any amount like $5.00 and let the customer change it to 0 to make it free. Unfortunately, there is no way for them to do that.
