I’m not sure what Bluehost added to their plugin but there are definitely WooCommerce Tools in there now and they were preventing the store from connecting to PayPal. This is the screen that was displayed when I deactivated their plugin today on (March 29th, 2024) https://i.gyazo.com/bd372348ea5cea6a57053925dece541a.png
– Hopefully this helps out others that use Bluehost.Hi Krystian,
Thanks for the quick response and for your testing time!
You were correct, it was a conflict with the Hosting Company’s Plugin! (Blue Host). I’m going to let their support team know about this issue, apparently they baked in some of their own WooCommerce “stuff” into their plugin – which in my opinion should not be turned on by default.
It’s unfortunate because now I don’t have easy access to clear their server cache and have to log into hosting now to do that. ??
Thanks again for your time and support,

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Canonical URL Google Proper TagHi Maybellyne,
Fantastic info, thanks very much! Apparently the 2 URL’s Google picked up for the issue were indeed “feed” url’s so everything is good to go.
I appreciate the education on those.Have a great week ahead. ??

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Canonical URL Google Proper TagHi Maybellyne,
Thanks for your reply.
– The sufix is showing “feed” but only showing 2 urls – why is that? Suwash says it’s fine and not to worry about that but why only 2 urls?
Also since I was in Google Search Console, I poked around some more and saw a whole list of things in the body of that page under “Why pages aren’t indexed”
One listing Reason was: Page with redirect”
Indexing > Pages > All Known Pages in that dropdown > clicked on Page with redirect (there were 95 page URL’s listed) after clicking on one there was a “Test Robots.TXT Blocking” so I did the test and it showed Yoast Blocking the main Yoast site map url… why would this be happening?

In reply to: [M Chart] Change Bar Chart ColorsPlease close this request. I found an Elementor specific chart plug-in that controls everything.
Hi @jsbuckenmeyer,
You need to enable both the “PayPal” and the “PayPal Card Processing” and make sure you choose and enter all the credit cards in the card processing area.
Here are some steps:
Go to WooCommerce > Home >
under Get ready to start selling click on “Set up payments” then click on to expand “Other payment methods”Make sure both: PayPal (and) PayPal Card Processing are enabled.
For the PayPal Card Processing click it’s “Manage” button. In the “Show logo of the following credit cards” box click inside that box and a dropdown will display that lets you choose the types of credit card icons you want to display (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover) – save your changes.
As far as I’ve seen those will only display on the “Checkout Page”.
I turn off all the other buttons and only keep buttons on the checkout page because they are not needed on your product pages or cart – only needed on the checkout when you pay. Look at other big e-commerce sites to compare what they do, you’ll never see big PayPal or Credit Card buttons on their product pages.
But, if you still want people to see all of the payments you accept, you can create a separate footer for your shop pages and add those icons there – check out asos.com site and you’ll see what I mean.
If you’ve done all of the above, and are still not seeing the credit card icons, are you using a Personal or Business PayPal account for your shop? You should be using a PayPal Business account, that might make a difference.
Hope that helps. ??
Thank you… it appeared that the original code attempt was working, it was WordPress’ caching that got in the way – amazing that even a reboot didn’t clear that cache had to manually clear it with a CTRL Shift R. …it’s always the little things that gettcha. ??
Thx for the support help!

In reply to: [Custom Login Page Customizer] Update not workingHi Alexandra,
Thanks for your quick response.
I had the following plug-ins activated: Dashboard Notepad, Duplicate Post, and Enable Media Replace. All 3 were disabled – I tried updating the Custom Login Page Customizer but it still wouldn’t update – constant spinning.
Next I tried deactivating your plug-in and tried to update and it worked!
So only while your plug-in was deactivated would it update. I thought you should know because maybe there is a process you need to stop before the update can modify the code.
TESTING:
The Custom Login Page Customizer plug-in was reactivated, logged out and back in to test the login page and it worked great. ??Thanks again for the quick support and for a great plug-in!
