In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] No Flat Rate Box Option – URGENTHi there,
You may need to add the flat rate boxes as an available package option. The documentation section about how to do that from the settings can be found here: Manage Packages
Here are the relevant steps to add flat rate packages (or any service packages):1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Services > Packages.
2. Select Add package. The Add a Package screen displays.
3. Select Service package and tick the box of one or more of the options available from the courier.
4. Add packages.Prior to the 1.22 release, flat rate packages were added by default, but now they must be added to the list of packages, so you can customize the list of available packages for your needs.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re not able to get your products shipped!
I have seen very similar behavior (buttons in multiple places) in the past when I didn’t fully clear my browser’s cache. Can you double-check that the cache has been cleared? Here’s a step-by-step guide for different browsers in case it comes in handy: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/
Caching plugins such as Cloudflare can also cause this. Does your site have anything like this installed? If you have Cloudflare specifically, you can purge cached resources before clearing your browser’s cache yet again to resolve this.
