Thanks for sending all the details!
First of all, we recommend updating all your software, including WooCommerce core, and matching it with the WC database version.
WC Version: 6.5.1 WC Database Version: 5.5.2
Before updating, you’d want to make sure you have a full backup in place of your site and database. You could consider using a service like Jetpack or installing a plugin like UpdraftPlus. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site to the previous state.

We are not aware of any issue related to limits of variations for a product. Would you mind answering the following questions:
- How did you create the product and the variations, through a plugin, uploading a CSV file or manually?
- Also, can you please confirm if the variations are in stock?
I tried to update themes, plugins, WP, and deactivate all other plugins except Woocommerce and switch to a WP default theme (tried with 2020, 2021, 2022) but this error still exists.
It looks like you tried the conflict test. Can you please confirm if you follow all the steps in the guide and the theme you installed was Storefront”>Storefront?: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
If so, to get a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Adding a BCC recipient is not a WooCommerce core feature. Can you please let us know if you’re using a plugin or a snip to add this feature?
If you’re not sure, in order to have a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
