Can you please confirm what CSV editor are you using? If possible, avoid Microsoft Excel due to formatting and character encoding issues. These are the editors we recommend:
Online spreadsheet editor Google Drive / Docs
Free spreadsheet app in OpenOffice
Free Calc app in LibreOffice
Numbers for macOSIf you are using one of these editors and the CSV delimiter is still now working, to get a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It looks like you are using an outdated version of WooCommerce (5.9.0 update to version 6.1.0 is available). Could you please update it as well as all other plugins, and check if the payment getaway info updates properly?
Also, I can see that our server is using PHP version 7.3.33, have you already tried to change the PHP version to 7.4 or greater as recommended on our WooCommerce Server Recommendations?

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Repeat the action that is causing the problemIf you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you -know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Access WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and confirm the option is active. Then, click on the button “Manage” for Cash on delivery and check if the “Enable cash on delivery” option is ticked.
