I have similar problem with Twitter, and still have with version 2.6.19
I’m trying to use Facebook and Twitter share buttons in the newsletter by setting following links on them:

https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://orzola.org&text=Check%20out%20this%20site
First one is working, but the second one is not:(
I’ve also checked the resulting link:

Base64 decode says that the urlpassed value is fine:

was decoded to

Finally, it was working when I removed the text parameter as well. But I’ve tried a lot of variations, and other request parameters (original_referrer, related) are also causing troubles.
