Thank you Md Khalil Uddin,
Yes. The problem is certainly in theme not the plugin per se. It’s an older custom theme. I’ll try to get a live link and open a support ticket.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Co-Authors Plus] Co-Authors Plus and WPML incompatibilityI’m having essentially the same problem.
Many authors are available to assign as co-authors, but in some cases the exact ones we need are not available in Spanish.
I’d love to see what the solution is.
The site I’m working on is https://whoseknowledge.org

In reply to: [Co-Authors Plus] Duplicates on Authors pageHi Daniel,
Was is possible to put together an upgrade script for this? I am having the same problem.
Thanks!Thanks aglonwl.
Yes,
I have made a local installation of the site on my computer which replicates the errors we are getting with live site.I’ve upgraded in both installations to no avail. And in the local installation I’ve also disabled all other plugins and switched themes, all to no avail.
One additional problem I noticed which hopefully will give some clues is on the help page in the plugin back end, instead of seeing the list of available place holders we are now seeing this errror listed under each placeholder category.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/tresojos/thirdi.org/festival/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/admin/em-docs.php on line 301
I’ve tried uploading a fresh copy of em-docs.php, but this hasn’t helped either.
To my knowledge there have been no changes made to any of the plugin files, but this error seems to indicate otherwise.
Does that give any one any clues on how to solve this?
Thanks soooo much for the help!
I’m also having trouble with the drop-down styles.
Changes I make to editor-style.css in the parent theme (2011) seem to make no difference to the styles drop-down in TinyMCE Advanced.
Is there a different method for a child theme?
Or am I placing the file in the wrong location? Thanks for the help!!!

In reply to: Strange ‘white screen of death’ problemI’ve had this same problem.
I think it has to do with the permissions on the bte-backup folder created for WordPress Backup (by BTE).Try changing it as per the instructions here
https://www.blogtrafficexchange.com/wordpress-backup/I hope that’s it.

In reply to: frontpage slideshowYou put the photo’s in by making posts that contain photos. Those post will appear in the slide show.
Choose a category for those posts and make that category correspond with the categories that you designate in the settings of the slide show.
That’s what was working for me.-s
