Hi @vejapixel
Yes, it should support PHP version 7.4 and higher.
Please let us know if you found any issues while using the plugin.
Best,
AlbaHi @asiye61
Thanks for sharing more details.
I see that you installed Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses. Please note that it is not possible to have Sensei LMS and Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses plugins activated at the same time. Only one must be active and the other deactivated, if not, it will create conflicts in your courses.
If that is the case, could you please deactivate one and verify if that solves the issue?
Another important note is that if you are using any paid Sensei extensions, please open a ticket to get further support and share the email address that is linked to a valid Sensei license.

We are not allowed to support premium plugins in these forums.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Maximum RadiusHi @ecomegy
Are you referring to geolocation radius?
If so, WP Job Manager doesn’t use the geocoding data it creates for its search function. Please note that WPJM itself doesn’t create/generate Google Maps, but your theme does.
Customizations are outside of the scope of the support that we offer, per our Support policy but you could check out this third-party plugin:
https://geomywp.com/extensions/wp-job-manager-geolocation/
From what we can tell, it will allow you to add proximity search query, so you can search for jobs based on address and distance ( radius ), allowing users to find the nearest job to a specific location. Please make sure to reach out to their support team before purchasing the add-on, so that they can confirm if their plugin can do what you want it to.
Another third-party plugin we recommend is Search and Filtering for WP Job Manager:
https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-search-and-filtering
This plugin has “Locate Me (Geolocation) Text Field” feature that includes Google Maps Geolocation, Latitude/Longitude Support, Type Preference, Language, etc.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.`
WP Job Manager doesn’t fully support Elementor. That being said, there are third-party add-ons that could help you with that. You can check out these:
https://tinygiantstudios.co.uk/product/elementor-connector-for-wp-job-manager/
https://tinygiantstudios.co.uk/product/elementor-connector-for-resumes/Let us know if you have any other questions.

AlbaHi @tlnw
It sounds like the SMTP port you’re trying to use is getting blocked by your web host.
Have you contacted your host about that?
If not, we suggest reaching out to your host. You’ll need to get the SMTP ports unblocked on your server for it to be able to send.
Let us know how that goes!
Best,
AlbaHi @jdelgado
Thanks for your interest, I’m glad to hear you are liking Jetpack CRM.
I see that you are looking for in Jetpack CRM similar functions such as Monday and Trello.
I think this is something we can already provide. Jetpack CRM has the team functionality which allows you to add agents with different roles, assign contacts, tasks, and projects to them. You can read more about this at this page:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/setting-up-your-team/
The interaction with other software and products might be a bit tricker at the present moment. In fact, we don’t have any add-on at the moment that works in synergy with Trello or Monday.
What we do offer is Zapier as an option for the other integrations you’re looking for, although it will be limited (Zapier App is currently available for Entrepreneur Bundle and Resellers):
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-integrate-with-zapier/
If you can explain in details how you’d like to integrate those with CRM (perhaps providing some goals and examples too), I’ll be happy to pass your feature requests on to our developers for consideration.
In the meantime, you can see the list of Jetpack CRM extensions and the most popular feature requests here, and vote for the ones you like:
Extensions: https://jetpackcrm.com/extensions/
Coming soon: https://jetpackcrm.com/coming-soon/
Regarding your last two questions, for adding notes or documents to your contacts, please take a look at the following documentation:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/adding-documents-files-or-notes-to-the-contact-record/
To look for your accepted proposals, please visit hover over the Quotes menu at the top and click View All. Your proposal accepted/paid should be there.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
AlbaI’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.
I see that the logs report a URL that can help to troubleshoot the specific error:
https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
Have you taken a look at it already, and tried implementing the suggestions listed in there? If not, I’d recommend trying that out.
Are you using Gmail? If I’m correct, I recommend taking a look at our Gmail setup page in case you missed it:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/using-gmail-with-jetpack-crm-mail-delivery-system/
Let me know how it goes and in the unfortunate case you still have problems, don’t hesitate to report them here – we’re happy to keep investigating.
Best,
AlbaHi @avifrier
Unfortunately, checking emails from a POP3 account is not possible at the moment.
Jetpack CRM allows you to send automated emails from your site. However, it is also not a full email inbox that allows you to manage all incoming and outgoing emails.
An Email Inbox is a popular feature request too that our developers are taking into consideration. You can vote for it, if you’d like, here:
https://jetpackcrm.com/coming-soon/
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
AlbaHi @dudematters
Jetpack CRM takes the language settings from WordPress -> Settings -> General page as the language which it uses in the setup. If Jetpack CRM appears in English when your site is set to a different language, it is most likely because the plugin still needs to be translated into your language. The general translation project page (showing all the languages supported) is available here:
https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/zero-bs-crm
If you would like to volunteer as a translator, please take a look at the following support document:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/translating-jetpack-crm/
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
AlbaHi @imados
Thanks for reaching out to Sensei support and I’m sorry for the delay, we’re working on a backlog of support requests at this time.
I see that you are interested in assigning feedback for each incorrect answer. The new update (Sensei LMS 3.14) has launched with a focus on improving the feedback options for learners on quizzes. To learn more about this, please take a look at the following support document:
https://senseilms.com/new-and-improved-answer-feedback-for-quizzes/
Don’t forget to update your plugin to the latest version.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Sensei LMS - Online Courses, Quizzes, & Learning] Rest api wordpressHi @khaerulyadi
I have escalated your issue to our development team, and we would like to know if you can share an example of what you are trying to do and what error do you see.
Please note, our support for API is limited, but we would do our best to point you in the right direction.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Filter jobs by user with shortcodeI see that you opened a new forum thread asking the same question. For visibillity, I will answer in this thread as well.
By default, WP Job Manager can’t filter jobs by companies. You can work around this by using categories or tags.
You could create multiple pages for different companies. Then use different shortcode with filter parameters to display different categories or use job tags:
https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/job-tags/
Another workaround is to look into one of these plugins to integrate companies into WP Job Manager:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpjm-company-profile-page/
Hope this helps!

Building Sensei for Android and iOS is not something we can assist with. If you need developer assistance, I recommend reaching out to:

AlbaHi @japerez2021
I heard back from our development team and unfortunately, they confirmed there is no setting that allows you to approve when a new user registers to the site. However, they recommended a third party plugin that might help with your inquiry:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/new-user-approve/
As we are not the developers of this plugin, I can’t guarantee it will work with Sensei. I suggest trying it and if you have any questions related to the 3rd party plugin, please contact their support forum here:

Let us know if you have any other questions.
