In reply to: [WooCommerce] Adding Woocommerce to an existing WP siteHi,
thanks for the information, I’ve now managed to set up a basic shop as a separate page within my existing site. I will now try to get it looking how I want and also get the top navigation menu on my home page to appear on my shop page rather than the ones that have been placed there when I activated woocommerce.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to have a different price if 2 variations are chosenHi, Thanks for this. I’ll try setting it up like this but I’ll have to add more variations as the customer will need to choose from different printing positions (ie, front – small logo to left breast, full front etc or stripe across front chest) for both front and back.
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Adding Woocommerce to an existing WP siteHi,
I followed these articles but woocommerce still took over my whole site – changing my theme/homepage/menus etc to the woocommerce default settings. Is there a way to just add woocommerce to 1 page whilst retaining my sites header and menu etc? My site is basically a showcase for our physical shop and I just want to add a couple of products to it

Hi Kris,
thanks for the fast reply.
The plugin url is: https://simplygallery.co/
it is set to
masonry view
thumbnails – lazy loading
dynamic mode, 3 columns
zoom enabledI’m using the Onepress theme.
At the moment I have deactivated Smush on my site
Hope this helps
Thanks
Colin
Hi,
I have exactly the same issue, is deactivating the plugin the only way to get the gallery page to load correctly?
thanks

In reply to: [Etsy Shop] show whole listing in pageHi,
Thanks for the reply.
I was hoping to show my etsy listing as it would appear on the etsy site as a page within my site but retaining my sites header and footer.
I’ve now just set up a shop style page with an email link so I can deal direct with customers rather than going through etsy as I figured that if someone was already on my site why send them somewhere else.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] best shop for customisable products?Hi,
thanks for the reply. I’m using the Zakeke plugin (it came up as being one of the best plugins for customisable shop items on a few internet searches). I can get the Zakeke end of things to work but I don’t know how to integrate it or other 3rd party plugins into Woocommence (TBH I’ve not even managed to get a basic shop page to work – I have products created in Woocommence but my shop page remains empty).
I’ve tried Zakeke’s help/support and they say they don’t give advice on Woocommerce or WP, so I’m a bit stuck and was just hoping someone may have used the plugin and could point me in the right direction.
This is the first time I’ve used woocommerce as well so it’s a double learning curve.
thanks
