@maybellyne – if you’re able to reproduce and suggest a fix as it seems like a recurrent issue for lots of people.

@maybellyne – Yes, we’ve run data optimisation, makes no difference – it seems like you have an inherent code optimisation issue when there are many categories to traverse through ( i.e: > 250 ). If you test on a vanilla install and generate 500 products – you should be able to replicate.
