You can remove the blue square over images by doing the following:

Remove the following lines of codes in the file content.php

Codes:

<div class=”entry-thumb-inner”>
</div>

Unfortunately it doesn’t remove the plane icon. ?? Haven’t figured that one out yet.

I figured it out. I had a plugin running for variable URLs. Once I removed it DCL loaded just fine.

I tried removing the plug-in from my wordpress and reinstalling with no luck. The plug-in summary shows it’s compatible with my theme and after following the troubleshooting guides I’m still missing something because it’s not working.

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I added my site to the trusted domains list in Disqus advanced settings and it did not fix the issue.
