Generally, with wePos, a cashier can add products on POS end. It is mainly for cashiers, so the fact here is orders cannot be placed instantly. It is not made for such use cases.
With wePos a cashier can scan the product with the help of a barcode on the POS end. But adding of the custom product on the POS end by a cashier is not possible by default. This feature should be available in the future.

wePos is a POS-based plugin, it works with WooCommerce and is mainly for cashiers on supermarts and grocery. So your use case is not possible with your configuration, the POS end can be viewed by the cashier only.

Products can be added by default by a cashier on the “POS view”. Please note that wePos is a POS-based plugin for cashiers. The POS view is not available for public view, it can be accessed by cashiers only.

wePos is a POS-based plugin, so it can be used by cashiers on supermarts or grocery shops. Your use-case is not possible with wePos by default. wePos deals with counters and outlets, it is not used for shipping type of cases.

wePos supports every type of currency for the POS system, This currency can be changed under WooCommerce>Settings>Currency Options(you can set your currency here).
I am afraid to adjust vat for the specific country this feature is not available default.

Thank you for your question.
I am here to notify you that, wePos lite is compatible with Dokan Lite & Pro. But wePos Pro is not compatible with Dokan Pro currently. In the near future it wePos Pro will be compatible with Dokan Pro. wePos lite plugin is already integrated with Dokan lite & Pro. The vendor dashboard of Dokan has an option known as “View Pos” for wePos lite to work with Dokan.

I am afraid that wePos currently requires an internet connection to be operational. We have plans to improve the plugin’s features, so we will add this feature on the queue list for R&D.

I am afraid, there is no default option to restrict the categories on the dropdown. The categories on the POS view are synced with the WooCommerce Product categories.

Currently, only the logout option of the Pos View allows the cashier(admin) to log out from the account. By default, there is no option to go back to the wp-admin panel from the Pos View.

To set a code in a product for barcode scanning, you need to navigate to wp-admin>wePos>settings>barcode scanner field(you can select the attributes here like ID, SKU, Custom Field).

I am here to inform you that, yes, this is an issue currently, where most of the users are facing. Our developer’s are working with the issue. When a fix is out, a release will be out globally

Locally it has been tested, and it seems this is primarily the issue on the plugin as mentioned. An issue has been created on Github, as soon as the fix is committed. You can download the fix from GithubBest Regards
