There are probably at least 3 ways to to that.

1. language.po/.mo files
2. add if then logic in the footer.php > Check out the section “Displaying content based on current language” on the following page:

3. PHP function in the footer.php file > <?php _e(“<!–:en–>english text<!–:–><!–:fr–>french text<!–:–>”); ?>

Very curious to know the answer to this as well please.

I tried the beta version listed on their website (which usually works during these transition periods of a new WordPress release) – but it’s not yet working either. It’s actually showing the same version number as the current production version.

Sorry …. they’re all stack in the very bottom left corner.

Also having this issue with a client site.
Only work around I have found so far is to delete the image from the gallery and set it all backup.

Actually it works on WordPress 3.8 as long as you don’t upgrade Contact Form 7 to version 3.6.

I just put Contact Form 7 version 3.5.4 back on my site with the issue and things are working again.

Having the same error here too – right after updating to WP3.8.

Update – the issue appears to be browser related.
I was using Opera at the time – when you enter the authentication codes it does not save them. When I used Chrome it all worked fine.
