I mean, I can deactivate each time I need to organize my photos, but that’s REALLY time consuming, and with all due respect, it’s not a plugin I can find a replacement for. So if there was a play to find out what the issue is, so everyone could play nice together, that would be awesome! ??

OK, so I found the conflict. For some inexplicable reason, when Simple Event Planner plugin is active, the move function in FileBird doesn’t work! What the heck?

I can’t possibly see why an event planner would affect a media plugin. Do you guys have any ideas?

Hey. Sure, I can ask them, but what should I ask them? Is there some kind of technical detail I should ask? If I just say “This plugin doesn’t work”, that might be a bit vague. ??

If you think it might be a hosting issue, if you could perhaps tell me what you think the issue might be, that would be helpful. ??

Hi, apologies. It’s obviously a difficult time right now. I hope you understand why I have marked this as unresolved again.

1) I cleared server and browser cache, logged out and in again, changed internet, changed computer. No change.

2) The problem is, I use bulk select, then drag to the new folder. When I do, the blue progress bar under ‘rename’ and ‘delete’ goes to 90%, but never finishes.

Is there a way to show the reverse order when listing past events? That means, newest events first?

Update: I had to remove the Simple Event Planner from my homepage, because only 1 event was showing, which made it really not much use on there. ??

On the other page I’m using for events listings, https://www.culturalkeys.cn/upcoming-events/, both events are showing up, but the colouring on the second one isn’t the same as the colouring (which I choose in Settings) on the first one.

It’s very strange. Hope there is a way to overcome it though.

LOL, no. I ended up getting a refund because they were so useless. I went with User Pro plugin in the end. Much, much better.

It’s been 3 days since the Users Ultra ‘rep’ replied to my review. In that time, two of my Support Requests have been answered, but did not solve the problems, and two have still simply been ignored.

WP is not letting me post links here, but you can see my point.

My client is demanding daily that this site be finished, and I can’t comply, because this Plugin, and the supposed support I paid for, is so broken. And now I have no time to get a refund and try and find an alternative. So I just have to try and get it working.

Isn’t it amazing how I have waited 6 days for a reply on your ‘Priority Support Pro Forums’ but as soon as I write about my negative experiences with Users Ultra Plugin for WordPress, I get a reply almost immediately?

Priority Support is offered to Pro upgrades. But when people upgrade, then you then them to pay another $99 to get real priority support. Why isn’t that mentioned in your initial advertising I wonder?

And congrats for suddenly bringing your Facebook Page and Contact Us pages back online. Unfortunately, you forgot to bring your Twitter and G+ pages back as well.

Thanks! That changed the input box sizes. But only to the figures above, if I changed the % to anything else, there was no change. Strange. ??

In the same way though, I now just need to centre the box. I tried using

.wpcf7 { text-align: center; } !important;

At the top of the CSS, but again, it has no effect. I realise I should probably go and learn CSS, but in the short term, am I just putting this line in the wrong place again?
