The main problem is that, when I am trying to import attachments into media library I am getting an error of “//wp-admin/ File type rejected”? Can somebody explain why I am getting this error?

I have the same problem djoseph05 stated here. But the main problem for me is that I wasn’t doing anything and I got this problem. I have read here about it, but I still don’t understand what I need to do, that it would be fixed… Can somebody of you explain me that?
