This would be possible. Within your PayPal Action, you would be able add data into the Details and Notes settings. You can also use field merge tags to pull data from fields:

I don’t have an example of your form, but in Ninja Forms, when you press tab, the form looks for the next item in the same cell (moving down), and when there are no other items in the cell, it moves to the next column.

Your form was probably setup like:
Name | Family
Address |

with Name and Address being in the same cell.

If you break those up like:
First Name | Last Name

Email | Phone

when you press tab inside First Name, the form won’t find anything else in the same cell, so it will move to the next column.

When you edit your Ninja Form, navigate to the “Emails and Actions” tab. If you have an Email Action present that is emailing the visitor, you can delete that action or you can toggle the switch on the left of it in order to disable this action from processing.

If you have added Email Actions to your form, under the “Emails and Actions” tab, emails should be directed to the addresses you designate within the “TO” address:

Also under the “Emails and Actions” tab of your form, if the “Store/Save Submission” action is present and enabled, form submissions will be saved within your WordPress database. To view these, navigate to Ninja Forms > Submissions.

It sounds like you may need to set up reCaptcha API keys. You would need to create these over on the Google reCaptcha page:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html

Once signed in, you will be brought to an “admin” page where you can “Register a new site”. Once you fill out the information, your API keys will be created. There will be a “Site Key” and a “Secret Key”.

Copy these and return to your WordPress dashboard. Navigate to Ninja Forms > Settings and locate the “reCaptcha” settings. Paste each key into the matching field and save your settings.

Finally, add the reCaptcha field to your form and test it out.

Hello,

When you edit your form and navigate to the “Emails and Actions” tab, you can disable the switch for the “Store/Save Submission” action. This will prevent your forms from writing submission data into your database.
