Thanks. All the support buttons/links took me here. Thanks for the correct link. Even their website, when logged in, routed me here.

In reply to: [Side Cart Woocommerce | Woocommerce Cart] Works great but have a question.Thank you so very much. I just did not see that setting and it was pretty obvious in the section. Thanks for the awesome plugin for free. Now to see what else I can do with the pro version.
@xolite, I thought the same thing. On Pinterest, under All Products, it had 442 products as the count. I opened that view and manually counted the products by counting the rows. There were only 415 showing under the All Products view. On a side note, I noticed that it does say under the plugin that 415 were synced and 27 were not. Looking at the XML file, no products look different. It may be how one of my products are named. I will have to check, when I have a few spare moments. I am right in a middle of a product launch.
Christian,
No changes to stock. They are virtual digital products. I have an account at woocomerce.com. I will open a support inquiry there. I have been monitoring the issue hoping it would clear itself.Thank you.
Sandy@kokomoweb, thanks for getting to this promptly. I will test in staging first.
I too received this vulnerability via my iThemes security. I will deactivate temporarily and hope there is a fix soon.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Tags and Rich PinsHi, @christian1983, sounds great! Thanks. I think it cleared itself. I honestly feel it was a Pinterest issue.
On a side note, I saw another had this issue and I am confirming. My main product photo is coming in at correct resolution, but the others are using the thumbnail version of the photos. I would just rather the plugin bring in the main product photo and not bring in the additional photos unless you can find a way to bring the full resolution versions over. Just a suggestion for a future update. Having a fuzzy, low resolution photo is not good on Pinterest.
Thanks for all your help! I like the basic functionality thus far.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Tags and Rich PinsHi, @christian1983!
Thank you for the prompt response. As of this morning, one error dropped off. Now only this message on Pinterest and no errors in the plugin itself:“This should be the total value of the completed order, without commas, currency symbols. Tax or shipping should not be included. For example, if a user completes checkout for a 10 USD item and a 12 USD item, Value would be 22. Example values: 1000, 100.50, 10000.00.”
I tried testing via my Business Account and I do not know where to find the results of the test. However, I installed the Pinterest Chrome extension for real-time and I get no errors. I am wondering if some of the problem is Pinterest.
Here is my website: https://www.simplycraftysvgs.com/
Thanks again for your help. I will await the update for number 2 fix.

PINTEREST SUPPORT UPDATE:
This is what Arshad at Pinterest Support told me to do to fix.Update the Checkout event to pass back Product ID
Update the Checkout event to include a valid Currency (e.g. USD)He referred to multiple sets of code to update on my website. I am guessing this is handled by the plugin, but if you have suggestions. I would surely appreciate it. This is the first time I successfully connected my catalog and I tried several things before your plugin. I am not updating anything until I see your suggestions.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Tags and Rich Pins@christian1983, Thank you for your response.
I removed the Pinterest information on my Yoast, so that does not interfere with tags. After my original post, everything was sending to Pinterest successfully and I was added as a Verified Merchant. At the time I wrote this, I did not realize the app handled the tags, as well as the catalog feed, so I was adding the manual tag code per Pinterest help. BUT I have a few other issues now.
1) I am getting tag errors that Pinterest is asking me to fix. I was able to fix a few at the beginning but I am unsure what these new errors are. Errors disappeared for a day. Here are a few of the errors showing now they are saying I must fix prior to maintain verified Merchant
“Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Checkout events. A Product ID can be any format that you choose as long as it matches the format used by your Catalog.”
and
“This should be the total value of the completed order, without commas, currency symbols. Tax or shipping should not be included. For example, if a user completes checkout for a 10 USD item and a 12 USD item, Value would be 22. Example values: 1000, 100.50, 10000.00.”
2) I unchecked “Enhanced Match Support”,as it was throwing a Critical error to my customers when they tried to download my digital files. Once I unchecked that, the error went away.By the way, I have logs enabled, so if those would be helpful, let me know. I just do not know how to get them to you. I tried via WooCommerce support and they said to contact the developer.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Reports not Updating@fhaps,
Thanks for the response. I worked with Siteground for a long time to determine the issue.Based on the symptoms, it definitely was a caching issue. After working with support for a few days, they stated the issue was not on their side. However, issue mysteriously stopped happening a few days later. There was a update of the SG Optimizer a few days later. I am not sure if that was the problem, but it seemed to clear itself on its own after hours and days of troubleshooting. I did not change anything at that point, so I have to assume something on the back end was causing it.Thanks again!
@hristo-sg, I just reported the same issue to Siteground support. My WooCommerce status report shows a small dollar amount which is incorrect for the month. Within WooCommerce reports, For last 7 days, there is a $0 amount. There are orders and I sometimes can see the monthly sales properly when refreshing browser and/or clearing cache. I even turned off SG Optimizer all together and that does not fix problem. Up to a few days ago, clicking purge sg cache appeared to fix it. I have an open ticket to Siteground support, but no resolution yet. I even created an exact copy of the site on Siteground staging and I cannot recreate the issue in there. Problem did seem to appear after latest SG Optimizer update. Here is what I have done thus far to attempt resolution.
*As soon as I recognized the issues, I created a Staging copy of my site to test. As soon as that loaded the reports on staging copy, the reports were working. So, there is essentially it does not appear to be any problems on staging copy. I was going to test in staging by disabling plugins/changing themes, etc. But problem does not appear.
*I also looked up Woocommerce caching configuration and setup caching as close to possible as stated in this document. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/. It did not make a difference
* I tried clicking Purge SG Cache again then reloading report. That does not work. For example, it shows $0 for last 7 days. I verified paid sales today under WooCommerce Orders. I even cleared my cache, history and every saved settings in Chrome browser. I then tried in Firefox. Same issues. I did not turn off SG Optimizer, as I was not sure what that would so with my SSL config.
* Then, I disabled caching in SG Optimizer EXCEPT “Enable HTTPS” option. Then I clicked on “Purge SG Cache” in WP admin just to make sure it was clear. I then cleared my browser cache, closed Chrome and reopened. Signed back in the WP Admin page. That seem to fix part of it,so it confirms a caching issue. The Net sales for month under the Dashboard WooCommerce status now shows a the current monthly sales amount. When I go into WooCommerce Reports, and click on “Last 7 days” view, it shows a zero sales amount. Obviously, there are sales in last 7 days, as I had a total for current month. So, it is partially working now.
*Next, I placed the website into maintenance mode and completely disabled SG Optimizer. Reports for last 7 days still do not populate. I also changed themes to see if it was a theme conflict. I use a Divi child theme. I switched to Twenty Nineteen and still same issue.Something appears to be stuck in the back end. I had to re-enable caching for site performance, but I do not have memcached enabled at this time, due to this post. Just posting to let you know others are having this issue. I also posted this info in WooCommerce support forum.

Mine is working after I setup the Paypal identity token on September 8th in the morning within WooCommerce Settings. I just do not get the emails now. I am not sure what you did will resolve the email issue. But I wanted to chime in, to add another example.@nanacyrah
Did you try setting up the PayPal identity token?
