    Hi There,

Sorry no one has got back to you sooner.

I’d love to touch base with you about your current issues. We use Intercom to handle our support, and there’s an ‘enable support’ button on the backups panel in your WordPress Admin. If you enable it, we’ll be better able to debug the issue.

Alternatively you can email [email protected].

    Cheers!

    Hello Ramzii,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

This is indeed a peculiar issue. To debug this issue access to your site would be very useful.

Would it possible for you to get in touch with WPRemote support via the feedback button on the WPRemote app (you can find this button in the top right area of the app) ?

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi There.

    You’re getting spam comments.
There are a lot of plugins that can help prevent them.

WordPress should come with https://akismet.com/ signup and contribute however much you like.

Otherwise, search WordPress extend for things like anti spam.

    Good luck

    Hi There.

I think it’s important to know there is two setups of WordPress available.

Self hosted – You download WordPress, you setup it up on your host of choice, with your own custom domain.

Hosted – WordPress offeres a hosted service, where everything is done for you. You select a theme, some plugins. No setup required. Just signup.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say you wanted the hosted services.

    Checkout https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/

    Cheers.

    Hi There.

    It might be line 11.
You’ve closed the A tag without wrapping the rel or title.

    I think what you wanted was this. <a rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>">

    Cheers

    Hello there.

You can define Constants in your wp-config.php to control some settings.
In your wp-admin of your site if you navigate to Tools / Backups at the top of that page you can goto settings.
    From there there is a line a the top which reads;

“You can define Constants in your wp-config.php to control some settings. A full list of Constants can be found in the help panel. Defined settings will not be editable below.”

If you press ‘help’ an F.A.Q section will become visible as well as a Constants section.
Under the Constants section, you would want to add HMBKP_PATH to your wp-config.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello there,
The warning messages you seem to be receiving is a bug and will be addressed in the next update for BUWP, I’m not entirely sure if there is anything that can be done for you at this time.

Other issues you are having, such as email notification is a known bug.
And I was unable to reproduce the button bug in which you refer, what browser are you using as it seems to work well for me.

    Regards.
    Owain
