Yes, same here, since 5 AM (GMT+1) ads dissappeared, and since I have GA code inside Ad Blocker Pro, website visitors dropped 10 folds…I have 1/10th of what I had…

When I insert GA code outside Ad Blocker, directly in header, all visitors are there.

EDIT: I see there was a version update during the night, to v24.

@spacetime After latest plugin update (Choice), ads aren’t loading immediately after accepting Choice.

EDIT: nvm this, I haven’t deleted cookies…

EDIT 2: which is weird, because I use Chrome Incognito, and cookies from previous visit were there…Chrome didn’t delete those cookies in incognito mode, after I’ve closed the incognito part of the browser.

Quantcast choice doesn’t block ads. You need to use one of Adsense inserting plugins, like Advanced ads, or Ad Inserter. Adding your Adsense codes in these, you will have the ‘power’, to prevent ads from loading, before user gives his consent and those plugins will communicate with Quantcast Choice. If user accepts, ads will show, if user denies cookies, ads will not show. Else, Google won’t show ads if there’s no reply sent from user, through Choice form. It basically goes like this, when you setup everything properly: user loads your website, Quantcast Choice pops up in the middle of the screen. Ads are not loaded in background. IF user gives his consent, settings are saved, Ads are loaded. If user doesn’t give consent, no ads will be loaded.

If you’re using some VPN or TunnelBear to check, you need to check the box ‘Target Entire US?’ Before that, nothing for me too. Message is basically the last thing in the footer, under the footer ?? However, Do not sell my data is supposed to be a link to some script that loads, and all I got is this:

Nothing happens when I click on Do not sell my data.

@rbaronqc Having increase of 2.1a errors, and everything is fine with setup.

First time all errors completely disappeared on 9/16 and then reappeared on 9/25 with 114 errors, to slightly increase every so often.
I’ve checked everything 100s of times, Spacetime checked also, and everything is fine, I cannot think of any reason why these errors are popping up. Is there any reason that is out of my influence, that could affect this? Any bug in Choice code?

Nothing changed, I had no errors for like 20 days, and they popped up now.

@rbaronqc Is it ok to extend Choice consent modal reprompt, to a max 13 months, if I am using only Google Adsense on my websites?

So, it’s increasing for no obvious reasons.

Tested, and form works from my side, as it should. No ads, no tags before user gives his consent (unless I am missing some underlying code that goes crazy without my knowledge)

I had decrease in all errors, and today I got new ones on only one of my domains

Previously showing no 2.1a errors, nothing changed in setup. Not even using Google Tags.
Only thing that has gtag is Google Analytics, which is loaded through Ad Blocker Pro, only when user gives his consent. Because it’s set up that way, I managed to get 0 2.1a errors, but now they popped up again, while this same config works on my other domain, and no errors.

If you don’t know which site, it means it’s not your website, and it’s irrelevant. You didn’t make any money from it anyway, because they didn’t had ads.txt, it wasn’t included in your Adsense account. You aren’t being punished for unknown domain.

Cached or 3rd party web services would be something like web.archive.org, cachedview.com, probably some spam websites, which put your website in iframe, etc.. Unknown domain, probably because that domain doesn’t have your ads.txt.

Unknown domain – A small percentage of such requests is normal, as some users can access the site’s content from caches of 3rd party web services.

Hi, sorry for question bumping, from this side, I don’t know if you read the question, but have no answer, or you didn’t read the question at all, because you didn’t receive notification.

Basically, your plugin is currently the only one that could possibly resolve the issues with preventing Youtube etc, loading video, and planting cookie, before user gave his consent. No other plugin developer is looking into this, and you’re basically few steps from it.
