In reply to: [Panoramic] Website Text in Customization Error Pagethank you out of the box! we are playing around with font size with the code.
one suggestion for you all – I was wondering the first day if I ought to buy the premium version, but I was struggling to find out anywhere what difference it would make?… what features would be available excusively to the premium version??
If you could make that easy to find, maybe more people would buy it!
thanks for the great theme and support

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content?npfedwards,
did you get this plugin to work in the widget area only and not show up in the content by default? I am about to ditch it and use a different plugin as I can’t seem to find a solution.
can you share your site you are using it on so that I can see?

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content? Before I give up on this plugin, I wanted to send out one more appeal for help!
1. is there a way to just use this in a widget, WHERE THE REVIEW FORM AND REVIEWS DO NOT SHOW UP at the bottom of page content by default? widget only…
HOW to do this?
2. is there a way for the “view more’ to click through to the individual review page? or somewhere?? when you do not use the default bottom of content built in as described in #1 above.
thx so much!

In reply to: [Viper's Video Quicktags] QuickTime Video Issue Suddenlychezpaul,
I am not sure. I wish I could offer more ideas. What a HUGE HASSLE for you. GOSH. you have a lot of videos. sorry ??
I actually bagged using the plugin because I use google chrome always (!) and none of the videos were working on chrome. So I changed each of my videos one by one, considering that maybe some of my clients use chrome as well. And as you have read above ?? I inserted each video link directly onto my page with the Insert Video option now available in the edit page dashboard of wordpress.
I hope Alex gets back to you soon and that there is a simple fix with the plugin.
Do none of your clients use Chrome? not sure why google stopped supporting the quicktime player plugin. Technology is baffling at times, right?

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content?I played around with a couple of ideas but it didn’t help.
first I updated to the latest version. 3.0.5
I wish the “view more” in the widget could link to a separate review page I created. I added the ID of homepage number where widget is located on to this review page code. didn’t connect me there when I clicked view more. darn!

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content?holy smokes.. more info to give you as it isn’t working correctly:
I really want to use only the widget… how do I do that?
I thought I would try this: when I disable “Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” so that the form and reviews don’t show up in the middle of my homepage, 2 issues arise:
1. the average rating goes to default of 2.5 stars in the widget
2. the “view more” link from the widget doesn’t link to anything to read the rest of the review.. it just jumps to the middle of the page showing nothing.when I Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” on my Homepage:
1. the default location is at the bottom of my first content box, not the bottom of my home page (back to my original question). I really don’t like it there at all.2. the “view more” from the widget redirects to this location to finish reading the review.
when I Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” on my Blog page:
there is no location of default nor is there any place to read the “view more”.this is the code I am using…
[WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”1066″ NUM=”5″ SHOWFORM=”1″ HIDEREVIEWS=”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”0″ SNIPPET=”140″ MORE=”View More” HIDECUSTOM=”0″ ]back to needing some help ??

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content?Dear gowebsol,
WE figured out an answer! Please don’t waste your time going to my site. my web friend adjusting some CSS code and made the review form and reviews all fit in a widget nicely!! yay, I’m happy!
I’m removing it from the default content area (as described above).
one question: since I have 2 pages (home and blog) with different widget sidebars, I am adding this widget to both pages. I have to use the page ID for each. I can’t use WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” because I also want to show the form to submit reviews. this means that each page will have different reviews depending on which page the review was submitted. Is this correct?
(I wish there was a way to use ALL and also have the review form available).
then all the reviews would show up on both my pages with widgets.thank you so much for a great plugin that doesn’t seem to slow up my site at all.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any way to remove the default page content?Dear gowebsol,
I am using Version: 3.0.1 Lite.
my page URL is https://tunethetemple.com/Barely Corporate Theme by Theme Forest
no, I have never used this plugin before. I have been searching for a few days and tried/experimented with about 5 different review plugins and I definitely think yours is the best option I have tried!!!! phew… !
I have the form now in 3 locations on my homepage for you to look at!
1. Widget in right margin. Is there a way to narrow the fill in boxes when you open up the review form? this may be my best solution. I have a friend who knows some coding and could do this for me…
2. DEFAULT LOCATION: in my theme I am using, the bottom of the content box is not at the bottom of my homepage. it is at the bottom of my first big content box in the middle of the page. Can I remove the default location of the plugin somehow? I don’t want it here in the middle of my homepage like that.
3. So, I added another content box at the bottom and included the [WPCR_INSERT] there. That would work as another option IF I CAN REMOVE THE DEFAULT LOCATION.
Thank you so much for your time!!

In reply to: [Viper's Video Quicktags] QuickTime Video Issue SuddenlyAlex, I figured this out after a couple of days of hunting…
the videos WERE working on Safari and Firefox.. just not Chrome. This is a Chrome issue (Chrome no longer supports the QuickTime Player Plugin.)
And now that WordPress supports HTML5 videos, I can insert the video link directly onto my page with the Insert Video option. So I went through and changed all my videos to this way of embedding.
Thank you SO MUCH for providing a way to play my 50 videos in my Online Class for 5 years!!!
