I solved itt another Way, since the suggested changes didn’t solve it.
The problem was the too many results in the system. I had over 200.000 results, I had to go to the php admin and manually delete a bunch of them. Under 100.000 results it started to work again (the less results the faster load time).
I suggest you the same. From time to time delete a part of the quiz results.
