Also, I uncheck the Double opt-in option, but still sometimes i got an email to confirm the subscription. Why is that ?

can we add a phone number field extra with those fields? Right now i used the phone number field with the form field manager and I put it below the credit card fields. but the problem is we have recovery message there, can i put my field above the recovery fee message ? its not look good now, if you see here

If you see so I’m so close with that. only thing I’m stuck with that is, the line “cover the credit card fees” and newsletter section need to be under the donation fields. right now they are in the bottom.

I already used form field. but i created custom fields already and put under the personal field section. Is there any possibility that i can add more fields and put under the donation fields ?

Also I just check again its all working fine on all the pages except of sub menu pages… its showing hamburger menu on all the pages except of sub menu pages.
