I hope the fact that this post is marked as “resolved” does not mean nobody looks at it anymore…
because I have the exact same problem, mine is a post not a page, keep getting request for password, never goes in.
I don’t have the plugin mentioned installed.
My WP version is 2.8.6.

Please help?

OK, weird… this got fixed on its own.

Thanks for the suggestion @henkholland…fortunately I didn’t have to do what you suggested.
Out of curiosity, is doing what you suggest safe from the point of view of keeping links intact?
(for search engines)
Would the custom permalinks be re-created exactly the same?

changed code to
<?php wp_list_categories(‘orderby=name&hide_empty=1&title_li=&exclude=92,96,97,106’);?>
to have in correct ascending order… no solution.

Also, I don’t see the CodePress syntax highlighting that I’ve heard is available in 2.8.6

Is there somewhere where it needs to be activated?

I have a very slow response too on GoDaddy, both the admin and public site, WordPress 2.7.

I’ve sent email to support and are in contact, but not happy so far.

Thinking of switching to MediaLayer, which we use for other sites and is fast.

Hi – resolved.

I just did a search for “media_admin_css” and found the solution ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/222881 ), which pertains to both Flexible Upload and NextGen.
