Sorry for all this writing, I found the problem. Using Site Health. There was a critical erro: “A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.”

So I dsabled all plugins and reactivated one by one, the problem was the plugin WP Spam Shield.

With siteground assistance I put wordfence in learning mode, and whitelisted givewp request as per your guide.

I still have the same problem. No error logs in siteground.

I don’t have any detail to add, it just doesn’t work, plain text or HTML, it’s the same.

@stephanieliy here are the screenshots, I simply added the tag to the text already provided in the configuration of GiveWP. Once I copied, than I wrote it myself, I keep on double check it but i can’t see anything wrong.

As I told you, and as you can see, other tags are populated correctly. I am still in the GiveWP test environment. Thank you.

The other tags (the ones already included in the example text in GiveWP configuration) are working well.

I just tried to use the {receipt_id} tag as it’s shown at this page of the givewp website: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/settings/emails/the-donation-receipt-email/

To me it’s an important info to share with donors, so if it’s not possible now (even if the example shows its usage) yes it would be a feature request.

Hello, I just tested it and it looks much better, only thing I’d need now is to make fields lower (less height). I already addedd some CSS for contact form and the popup ignores it, while another form displayed in one page has the fields the height I decided.

Sorry to have to say this, but I riapplied the class splite-showpopup to my orange button, and now the page flickers and I can’t scroll down to see the button to test it.

The problem is the same on mobile device and browser from computer. On every page. I disabled the plugin and the problem is gone. Using customizr theme.

Add: with a heading and small font the form is visible but the heading itself gets cut, scroll doesn’t work when I try to scroll to see full heading it’s the page on the background that scrolls.
I know there are many devices out there and it can be challenging, but we can’t predict which kind of mobile devices our customers use.
My device is a lenovo motorola z2 play with android 8, a bit out of date but since it works flawlessy I keep it, and I guess many people would do the same.
I tested it with Brave and chrome browsers.
