Hello @hubsi! After some consultation with our developers, this is due to how hotspots are not links and don’t have an actual target attribute. There is JavaScript that handles the clicks/taps on the hotspots, but iOS doesn’t allow JavaScript to open new windows/tabs properly without some issues.

Hello @rkesize! That’s quite strange; there shouldn’t be any double-booking happening if the Capacity feature isn’t in use. Can you share a link to your booking page and let us know if this is happening for one particular appointment type, or do you have multiple appointment types?

Hello @anweb, as soon as the booking is canceled it should appear as open for booking again. Could you try the following steps:?
1. Head to your WP-Admin Area > Appointments
2. Select “Book an appointment”
3. Scroll down to where it says “Availability Detective”
4. Select the Appointment Type and date
5. Click on the time slots and provide us with some details on what it saysIn addition, could you also try reaching out to us at [email protected]?

Hello @lczipo , thanks for reaching out! At this time, there isn’t a way to hide hotspots or disable them ?? However, we can add in a feature request to consider implementing in the future, though we cannot promise an ETA on this.
