Hello @netnothing! Can you confirm if the post/page was published when you edited it, and you did not see the ‘Move to Trash’ link then? Or is it in draft mode (unpublished) and didn’t display the link? If it hasn’t been published yet, it will not display this link.

If it’s not displaying the link when the page or post is published though, and you’re editing it, could you reach out to us at [email protected]?

Hello @garymgordon! With the free/basic edition of SSA, you can add in the Zoom personal web meeting URL into the Custom Web Meeting option of your Web Meeting tab in your appointment types. Notifications that are sent out will then use this set static link determined in the Custom Web Meeting URL field, and you will see this on the Appointment details as well in your Admin dashboard. – https://ssappts.com/guides/web-meetings/#custom-meeting-url

With the premium edition of SSA, we do offer the Zoom integration that allows you to automatically generate a unique meeting link: https://ssappts.com/guides/zoom/
