What would you mean by “simplify”?

In WordPress, you can create static pages, and then update your permalink structure to something like

/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%.html

…then your pages will end with HTML!

Hi! One alternative might be to use a separate template for a category. In that template, you may want to already have your “events” introduction text.

I don’t know of any other workarounds though…

Hey, did you guys set up wordpress.sg? Cools~~~! I just signed up. I’m also from Singapore~~. I’m not a gamer or a coder, but I do come from a computing background and I can do some template editing and design. Haven’t got into plugins yet – I’m focusing more of the blog marketing aspect, and creating templates which are optimized for search engines.. Do let me know if you need help.
