@zorem Yes we are using Yaymail plugin for email customizer. The “Completed” emails are sent when the satus changes to “Shipped” so the test customer receives that but with no tracking code in that email.
I just checked the Yaymail email templates and the Completed one is enabled. So do I have to disable this template for the Shipped/”In Transit” template to appear from TrackShip?
