Sorry for the trouble, it is working now. We had to reactivate, clear the cache and start over. Somehow I grabbed a link that didn’t have that “theater” notation at the end. When I added that, it worked.
It’s a super plugin but I wonder why it doesn’t show the video Play button, it looks just like an image when it appears on the page.
