I confirm that the thousand(,) and decimal(.) separator?in my woocommerce setting is as in your video. My problem is the v13.4.0 adds double “USDUSD” in the price. I am sorry to hear that the free version doesn’t not support currency conversion plugins, however, your free version worked with my currency conversion plugin for a very long time until v13.4.0. Thanks
I have a currency plugin in my website to set simbol” USD” in front of the $, so that in the front end the price displays as “USD$1,234.56“.
After update the V13.4.0, the prices in the product feed display as ” USDUSD$1,234.56“, Google Merchant center altered all the products’ price is missing.
@jkohlbach , Hello, actually, I already tried 13.3.6.
- At 13.3.5, some products’ descriptions are separated into multiple columns, however, there are still some products’ info in the feed are correctly match to the headers, that means, Google Merchant Center can still read and verify these products.
- At 13.3.6, the all product’s descriptions are separated in multiple columns and ROWS, it is totally a MESS, it is not readable by Google. For example, I have 400 products added to the feed, the feed files have over 10K rows.
I got similar issue, the product descriptions are output into two or more columns, so the CSV is totally messed up. The plugin version is 13.3.5.3?.
Thanks for the reply.
I have changed the plugin>options>currency storage from [tranisent] to [php sessions], however, it still generates over 3 thousand tranients in database ‘”wp_option” table in the last 24 hours. And most importantly, after changing to [php sessions], you can change the currency at any webpage, however, if you navigate to any other webpage, the currency will get back to the default currency (USD).
Here are some extra information I can provide:
- My website has around 200 daily visitors only, it is not normal that it can make database “wp_option” table extreme larger and larger by days.
- I purchased this plugin from Codecanyon 2 years ago, it never had such problem before, and as I said, I never changed any plugin setting in this year.
- I migrated my webiste from bluehost (Apache) to hostinger (lietspeed) in 25th April 2024. is it possible that the issue is related to server type change? For the past 4 months it is enough to generate massive transients and make the database storage from 500MB to 6GB.
Please let me know if you need further info to diagnose the issue. Thanks a lot for your help!
