I’m sorry to read that you have a problem with my plugin. But there will always be combinations of plugins that do not harmonize with each other. There are just too many plugins.
Your reference to multiple email addresses in a link I’ll be looking at more closely.
What documentation have you searched for?

please install CryptX in the plugins folder. After activating for network, all Site Admins will be able to configure there own CryptX Options.

Is it ok when i change the code on line 346 from
site_url() . '/' . PLUGINDIRtoplugin_dir_url( __FILE__ )?
This is the preferred method to get the correct plugin url. I change this as soon as possible.Ralf

can you tell me what plugins you are using?
I tried CryptX 3.2.2 with a new installed WP 3.5.1 without any issues.
Although my own blog is working correct.I think that there is a problem in combination with an other plugin.
If you give me a list with your active plugins i can have a look for it.
