This forum is dedicated to the Free Themes hosted here. Do you find any issue with the Free Theme ? You threatened us with 02 E-Mails to write Negative Reviews everywhere. Is this the symbol of that Threat ? May we ask you politely what the support question is here ?

Extended Version Theme is different and you requested for a Feature. You claimed for many Bugs. We requested you to give us a Temporary Access to your Dashboard to check the issues you described as we could not find anything in our Testing Environment. You denied the request asking for a Refund. We issued the Refund Immediately. But, you were still asking for the Supports for the Premium Theme. Is it justified to ask Premium Support for Premium Themes after taking a Refund? We created a menu named Themes in our Demo only for you to check. But, you were still claiming for the Bugs. We didn’t find any Bugs in our Testing Environment and in our Demo. We don’t understand why you are still discussing about the Premium Theme which you are not using any more.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. But we should explain the total fact. We are developing Open Source Projects and most of them are Free. We need some time to fix any Bug. We never deny fixing bugs. And, absence a Feature or demanding a feature are not Theme Bugs. But, we took your issue seriously and released a New Version (https://d5creation.com/theme/searchlight/ ) on July 12, 2019, the same day you requested for the new features. You were sill claiming for Premium Supports for Extended ( Paid ) Theme after receiving the Refund. Is it justified to ask Premium Support after taking Refund ? This Forum is only for the Reviews of the Free Theme hosted at www.ads-software.com. We don’t know talking about Premium ( Paid ) Themes is allowed here or not in This Review Section.

The user has been using the Searchlight Free Theme in his sites for a long time. He registered at our Site https://d5creation.com in Last December 2018. He has been asking different questions since then in our Forum and Contact. We always answered his questions. He was asking for a new feature, not for resolving any bug though he mentioned these as Theme Bugs. The feature he requested was during visiting from mobile devices the parent menus should be disabled their links showing the Sub Menus. We suggested him not to use any links in a Parent Menu or using # as links as most wordpress sites usually do. But, he was asking the fix again. We shown him the Feature in our Extended Version. After few months of communication he bought the Extended Version. He then claimed for so many bugs in the Theme. We requested him to explain the bugs and let us check from his dashboard. He denied the request and asking the Refund. We refunded his amount immediately without asking any question. But, he was still using the Extended Version in a testing site and asking for the Bugs. We replied him with the Demo Link ( https://demo.d5creation.com/wp/themes/searchlight/ ) creating a New Menu Themes with Links with the Parent Menus. This was created only for him to check. The Demo is working perfectly in Mobile Devices and in our Testing Environment. But he was still asking to fix the bugs. We send him the Working Demo with screen captured video. He was still asking for the Bug Fix. We requested him not to use the Extended Version as we already refunded his amount and the Theme was not working according to his view. He sent us 02 E-Mails Threatening us that he would write Negative Reviews Everywhere. The above Review is what he Threatened us.

Normally we fix any Bugs within shortest possible of time even in few minutes to few hours. But, requesting new features may take longer time though we took his request seriously and released a New Version just after few hours.

There was a minor issue with Mobile Menu in Innovation Lite. We have fixed that in the Latest Version. Please update your site with the Latest Version of Innovation lite

You can use the Latest Version. In this version you can

– Set Links from First Row and Second Row Featured Boxes
– You can use HTML in the Description section of First Row and Second Row Featured Boxes
– You can add Facebook and Twitter besides other Social Media Icons

This issue was already fixed

Sorry, but the Free Version doesn’t have Color Changing Option in Theme Options/Customize. But you can use your own CSS Styling. Some Plugins can give you the option to input custom CSS Styling

We find it faster in our Test Environment. Can you please try again ?

You should activate the Responsive Option from WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > SIMPLIFY Options

You can add/remove WidGets from WP-Admin > Appearance > WidGets

You can change the body font size from style.css file

The free version shows the Slide images from the last 02 posts’ featured images. We believe that the Slider is fully functional. We didn’t find any issue there. You can clear the cache of your browser. We wanted to check your site but that was not loaded

We expect that you will find the change logs before providing any negative review. The new free version’s Options are under WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize

TRAVEL Theme has two Editions. Free Edition is TRAVEL LITE and Paid Edition is TRAVEL EXTEND. We don’t understand what is confusing here. You can learn more from the Theme Page. Can you tell us what is absent in the Theme from the description of the Lite Version ?

We request you to review the TRAVEL LITE Version. If you don’t like the Theme you can consider for a good rating.

Did you install the Latest version ?
