In reply to: [Product Sort and Display for WooCommerce] “No products” showing on mobile!Very concerned about my ability to get actual help from Woocommerce itself as my post is not even showing up on their forum!

In reply to: [Product Sort and Display for WooCommerce] “No products” showing on mobile! That’s weird because I see everything just fine when I click on product categories on my laptop. Just not on my phone.
I deactivated your plugin & you’re right. I still can’t see the products in the product categories on my phone, so what could the problem be? Is it Woocommerce itself???
Just had to fish MORE subscribers to my PAID list out of the trash! Is anyone going to address this anytime soon, or am I just gonna have to find another option & give this plugin a very poor rating & review in the repository?
This is VERY inconvenient for me, & based on this experience, I would NEVER use your paid version, which I was considering if the free version worked well, but it does not.
If there’s no resolution to this by Monday, I’ll be finding a new option, uninstalling your plugin, rating/reviewing it accordingly, & telling everyone I know not to use it, especially if it’s for PAYING customers. Please advise before I have to resort to the nuclear option! Thanks!
Just had to restore more BRAND-NEW subscribers from the trash! Why is this plugin subscribing people to the trash & not the LIST they subscribed to??? This is a PAID list people are subscribing to, so I really need this to stop happening now. Please advise! What do I need to do to make this STOP happening NOW? Or am I gonna have to switch to a different email service & rate this one accordingly?
Yeah, that’s because NONE of the support threads had ANY comments at all, so I didn’t believe I’d get any help there. Thanks, though.

In reply to: [Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets] Latest update broke my site’s designNo, it wasn’t that it got deactivated. It produced a bunch of red lines on pages I used those widgets on. I wish I knew how to better describe the problem.

In reply to: [Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets] Latest update broke my site’s designI’m so sorry. I didn’t see your response until just now because I received no notification even though I ticked that box. Thanks so much for replying. I’ll check out the link you posted. I reverted back to the previous version of the plugin and haven’t updated it yet.

In reply to: [Pique] Missing Logo section in customizerNevermind. I just realized Jetpack is what I need to get Site Logo back for the Pique theme, but it seems like it’s available in other themes without Jetpack being enabled as I didn’t lose the logos from all of my subsites. I’m afraid to enable Jetpack again as that seems to have been what broke my site yesterday. Any suggestions on how to move forward? Jetpack made it impossible to access my sites yesterday and tech support had to go in for me and disable the plugin. I’m not eager to have a repeat of that. Thanks for any guidance you can give!
Okay, so actually my last effort to get this resolved was emailing support, and I just received confirmation my request was received. I hope that means this will be resolved soon. I’ve never left a negative review before, and I don’t want to start now.

In reply to: New pages returning 404 errorI deactivated all of my plugins and switched themes and the problem still persists. Any other suggestions? I’m willing to try just about anything before starting over completely. Thanks for all the help!

In reply to: New pages returning 404 errorIt’s just the new pages that were added today that are having the problem.
I don’t know how to get to the htaccess, as I don’t have access to a cpanel. I can only access the dashboard. My boss can get to the back end of the site, but he’s not a developer.

In reply to: New pages returning 404 errorThanks so much for responding so quickly, Anil and Ashiquzzaman!
I actually just adjusted the permalink setting. I don’t know why but it was set to “custom” today even though I had originally set it to “post name”. I deleted the pages I added before I changed the setting & added them again once the setting was correct, but the pages are still giving me a 404.
