Плагин влияет как то на отправку писем клиенту? Я вот тестю, как заказчику письмо пришло мне, а как клиенту нет. Но я не оплачивал, или только после оплаты письмо клиенту приходит после включения плагина? Раньше было письмо клиенту сразу!

@rokasjan When you enable Custom Emails, the standard letters “Pending”, “In Processing” are not sent to the client. And letters do not come about a new order in my mail. When placing an order, a letter should be sent to the client and I should receive a letter about the New order. When the Custom Emails module is enabled, they are not sent.
