assuming you guys are NOT connected to these 2 “companies” you would side with the user / business owner and realize what they did to me they could do to others.

there are better options, i am now with SHOPIFY.com, they are cheaper, use stripe to process, professional, 24/7 support (MOST IMPORTEANT!!!!!!!!!!) by English speaking people that care about their business and their customers business. they are not a group of hackers all over the planet with hidden charges to open modules, that’s not business

My business is not on that list you provided. and this is typical of a product / company defending their bad service and turning it on the customer. That prohibited list includes porn sites and gambling so you are trying to make it seem like the issue is with me and that is my type of business

Ive been processing very large amounts on and offline with PayPal and Stripe for years so its not my business type.

i take my business and customer service serious. When my customer has a problem with my product, which is rare, because i don’t make excuses and defend my product – I FIX IT!!!!!

this is the problem when you have a bunch of kids or unemployed hackers working on open source software.

its not just about the code, its also about customers and your partner venders who woo is attaching inside the core software, for their benefit so they are a part of woo.

woo is responsible for the vendors they install in their core. Get rid of them just like apple would get rid of a bad app that HURTS THEIR CUSTOMERS

and tries to make it seem like its the customers fault

PayPal standard is just a link to your PP account and transaction is done on paypal.com.

If you are a real business you want the transaction done on your website so you need PP pro

Simplify has bad reviews everywhere do a google search and for their so called underwriters https://www.prioritypaymentsystems.com which has 28 bad reviews for this same situation on BBB

prioritypaymentsystems.com is the real processor, Simplify is just the software. I think the fraud problem is with PPS and Simplify just doesnt know how to handle customers.

And if simplify is so called part of Mastercard why do they need PPS as an underwritter to process payments?

ITs not that my account was canceled, for no reason, that is not the problem, that is just a sign that shady things are going on on their end.

It is that – read slowly here its not speculation –
1 – they accepted my application
2 – allowed my customer to process the transaction
3 – when i asked for my money, next day they terminated account
4 – they said the batch was canceled – no proof sent
4 – now im left looking like YOU guys to MY customer
5 – crooks

fraud on the internet is the hardest thing to trace and track down. websites pop up that make the company look professional and people need to be aware.

the PayPal Module that is in the core is the basic, if you want the PP pro business account you have to pay a lic fee. Simplify is the only fully working mod so stop the smoke and mirrors.

the only free CC processing on woo are the ones Woo have side deals with. The SHIPPING mods even cost a yearly lic.

If the fundamental problem with the CART is with the CC Processor that is embedded and recommended by woo not acting professional to your LIFE BLOOD YOUR CUSTOMER than what good is the cart software? Get rid of SIMPLIFY and have responsible professional relationships and woo cart might turn into something real and not for hackers and porn sites.

i don’t know if there is any more issues because i am not sticking around to find out. within the first week of install i ran into this major issue because what i learned in life if crap comes out in the beginning you can bet you will find more.
