    Hi!

Regarding the “published products” still not showing the correct amount, can you please deactivate the plugin you use that modifies the product backend page and send us a screenshot of what you see there without it?

What can disabling the plugin change?
How do I know this plugin is responsible for visuals and how does this affect on different numbers of products? Disabling a plugin is not that easy.

I don’t understand how this can solve the problem.

We specifically do not make this category the default. And now we don’t show the /shop/ catalog where all the products were, but instead the /shop/all category in order to show only those with this checkmark
So we excluded accessories because they don’t have this checkbox. Now the client needs to go to the accessories category to see them. And by clicking on the banner or the “show all” button. He will only see all the dolls.

Let me summarize. We have different quantity of products here:

The All category does not necessarily represent all products. It is a category like any other, so it will only show the products that are in that category.

If you want to show all products in the All category, you can add the products that are not in it to the category.

Our category might includes all products. When we add a product, by default it should end up in this category

The option you highlighted is it the published products?

    YES

Because I see that number still does not match the one on the site, right?
    YES

Another thing I noticed is that, from this screenshot, it seems you might be using a plugin that modifies the product page set up on the back end, is this correct?
    YES

    Yes, right! ??

Can you please go to Products > All Products and check how many products are published?
