Sounds fair to me. Thanks for analyzing my question!

In reply to: [Woostify] Mobile menu – Click on menu item to open dropdownWonderful Dylan!
Again amazing support so far with your theme, thank you.
I assume if those changes are made to the main theme, the changes could get lost if the Woostify theme is updated? Therefore the documentation suggests a child theme?
I had the same issue after updating the plugin to version 2.4.1.
Removing the CSS in ‘plugin editor’ from file ‘public-assets-css-style.min.css’ did the trick. Thanks.

In reply to: [Woostify] WooCommerce – Product images thumbnail cannot saveFYI, similar problems with other themes =

I have the same issue/conflict with the theme Woostify.
I have ‘fixed’ this issue by deactivating the plugin, using the ‘customizer’ to save again the thumbnail size, and then reactivating the plugin.

In reply to: [Woostify] WooCommerce – Product images thumbnail cannot saveHello Dylan,
I have tried your suggestion, however the issue still remains…
Even after turning off all plugins except WooCommerce. I also cleared the cache and used a new browser session to test the changes. It does not help.EDIT :
I have tried to deactivate plugins that interact with images ONE by ONE.
In the end, i have seen that after activate this plugin =
https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/And then saving the thumbnail size in the “Customizer”, the width and heigth become 0 px.
Thank you for the quick support on this!!
For others with the same issue; i have found a ‘solution’ by deactivating the ‘variations’ plugin, then saving the thumbnail width via the ‘customizer’, and afterwards reactivate the plugin…

In reply to: [Woostify] WooCommerce – Product images thumbnail cannot saveI did some further testing and came to this conclusion :
1. Used the plugin ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’, no succes (https://nl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/)
2. Uploaded the images with a different name and removed the older files from FTP, no succes
3. Used the plugin again on the newly uploaded images, no succes. On both the older files AND the newer files, i have seen that the plugin indicates there a some thumbnail sizes missing = https://imgur.com/a/tAH3GL9
Could it be that the original file size is too small? (1000x1000px)
I have only reported this case in this forum. Is this a special feature request? What should i do?
@duongancol ,
Can you advise if this matter is already taken care of?
I have updated to the latest 1.9.6, but i have still value “€0” next to the shopping cart in the header.Wonderful! Thank you.
If anybody is looking for a solution, wait a bit, as it is indeed a bug in version 3.1.9, stated by plugin support in this forum topic : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/lettertype-probleem-3-1-9/
I am having this exact same problem with ‘Mimify’ turned on after update 3.1.9.
On desktop Google Chrome works perfectly, on Safari it returns to a system default font, and on an Android tablet, it also doesn’t load the Google Font.
For now i have reverted to plugin version 3.1.8. Please advise.I eventually used a similar method via CSS to accomplish this. Now my site menu bar functions perfectly.
I have a similar issue when using this plugin. The menu bar is not resized when using a mobile screen and rotating the device. After reloading the page, it scales properly. I have used the ‘Legacy mode’, and after that, it does adjust correctly when a device is rotated, however my ‘hamburger menu button’ (to open a side menu) doesn’t work afterwards… I’m using the theme Woostify.
