Salut jeando, effectivement ce sera plus facile en Fran?ais ??

Je crée moi aussi toutes mes pages en partant de 0, sans utiliser le thème Astra. Comme toi.

Ce que j’essayais de dire par “The area for reviews is already in the “unique product” theme section.” est que dans elementor, pour afficher les avis, j’utilise le widget “Code Court”, dans lequel je choisis “ID de publication” et ensuite dans les options “Avant” et “Après” je tape ces codes :
– Avant : [cusrev_all_reviews show_summary_bar=”false” shop_reviews=”false” show_products=”false” avatars=”false” color_stars=”#ffbc00″ products=”
– Après : “]

Je t’envoie un mail avec mes coordonnées pour qu’en parle par téléphone si c’est plus simple.

I’m not sure this explanation is clear sorry, I’m French :D.

And then I edit the “unique product” theme with elementor pro, I add the “short code” widget with “publication id”. In the advanced area, I include the texte wrote a few weeks ago :
– before : [cusrev_all_reviews products=”
– after : “]

This is still working for me.

I’m still using it (Elementor Pro + Woocommerce + Astra Theme Free).

I never heard about woolentor, but maybe you can disable this extension and see if the problem is still here ?

I found a solution !

In the Elementor shortcode section, instead of writing the full code, I used the dynamic tag “Post ID”, and wrote in the both sections :
– before : [cusrev_all_reviews products=”
– after : “]

And this is working.
I also tried with the other templates like cusrev_reviews_slider or cusrev_reviews_grid and this is also working.

As I told you I have astra theme and elementor pro. I also used the “shortcode” widget and write the same code [cusrev_reviews]

The only difference I can see is that I’m using the Elementor theme builder to get the header and the footer on each page of my website.
For the Products, I also have a builder section which is used on each product page. That’s where I make all the modifications for my product pages display.

I’m sorry I don’t know how to add screenshots in this area.

So your plugin is not compatible with Elementor ? ??

I don’t want to use another tool now that all reviews of my past orders has been collected in your plugin …

Elementor widget for reviews (included in Elementor pro) is just a setup to write by yourself some reviews, not to include the “real” customers reviews.

Did you have any other idea of how I can display the reviews on my product pages ?

I succeed to align the columns on top instead of bottom by modifying css files.
But as you told me, the problem is not completely solved. Other cells from the same rows are not in lines.

I tried other design (using pictures) in the free version, and the problem is the same ?? style 2 and style 3)
