Our account is fine, we got another subscription renewal today paid via Paypal automatically.

In this case, the customer decided to change Paypal account and the new one isn’t working. Can that be a limitation on the customer paypal account?

@mrclayton thanks, the same customer is now trying to pay the renewal order via Paypal but they got this error:

Error processing payment. Reason: Authorization failed due to insufficient permissions.

From what I read around, is not clear if it’s a problem related to the seller or the client account.
Our account is working and receiving payments regularly.

Gotcha, one more question about credit cards: do you support advanced credit card processing? (the one with the form shown directly on the website checkout).

FYI – I know I can su credit card & iDeal with Stripe, but Paypal gave us a good deal on these transactions.

Under “Enable for these post types” I see “Product Variations” but not “Product”, is this correct?

And why do I need to customize via filter, if “Do not copy these fields”? and “Do not copy these taxonomies” are plugin options?

Shouldn’t this work out of the box?

To answer your questions:

1. It shows disabled, but it works BUT there’s the other issue I mentioned: the Stripe methods appear top of the list regardless of the order set in WC
2. Using WC 9.0.2 and Stripe plugin1.8.2
3. Old checkout experience (due to this unsolved bug on the new one)
4. Where can I share the system report in a secure way?

What’s the reason to have this feature NOT enabled by default?

You prefer to have the plugin users:

1. activating the APM
2. receiving complains from customers that paid an order and never received the confirmation email (or worse, as they may not even notice that the order was not confirmed)
3. dealing with customers waiting for the money to be returned in a few days
4. opening a support ticket to find out there’s a solution via code

Is not hard to imagine that this is very frustrating experience for any shop owner.

I tried to reproduce in a staging but the problem didn’t happen.
I solved exporting the confirm from staging and importing on the live site.

I didn’t have chance to try clearing the the WooCommerce template cache, do you think it might be that?

Yes, there was no money transaction.

1. Here the system report:

2. No fatal error for the day of the issue
3. I have the WooPayments debug file, but how can I share it privately?
4. Steps were:
   • Order was placed by the customer (authorized)
   • A website admin cancelled the order (changed status to Cancelled)
   • The order status went to Refunded
