Very Weird. It worked for a few minutes then reset itself to Thumbnail view. WTF is going on? Rewrite rules?
I deleted shortcode and added a new one and again mosaic is displaying but this time the images look misty or greyed-out. Nothing else was changed and the shortcode itself is identical…

It’s working now. I deleted the shortcode and started again and it worked this time. Gallery Here
So are you seeing Mosaic view, Yasin? I’m certainly not. There’s no point in “attaching a screenshot of your gallery settings” because, as soon as I reload the page they revert to Thumbnails, no matter how often I set and reset to Mosaic or anything else. It’s the same for Gallery, Gallery Groups and Shortcode. I also set the shortcode for Dark Mode but it’s still showing light mode. Something is seriously wrong with this plugin. I also deleted all caches and the problem persists.

I’m having exactly the same problem. I tried setting Mosaic in the short code, in the Gallery view and the super gallery view [or whatever it’s called]. When I go back the setting has changed back to icon view. You’re right about the unattractive cropping too. I wonder if it has something to do with the latest release….

In reply to: [Twenty Fourteen] Previous/Next Links Missing on Pages and PostsOkay, somehow I got Previous/Next Links Posts to show up. I’d still like to get that happening for Pages as well if anyone has any ideas???
Thanks @pmakabenta. I think that helped. I think also SeedProd allows me exclusively to see the front end in the default browser as I’m the admin and logged in. In other browsers the Maintenance Mode page shows up whether using HTTP, HTTPS, nothing at all or with or without www as a prefix. Thumbs up!

In reply to: How to override theme ‘align’ settings? Thanks so much George. I had never heard of ‘unset’. I’ll try out all the approaches you mentioned though I think ‘auto’ is probably going to work best for my goals…

In reply to: [Wired Impact Volunteer Management] I’m Curious about these features….Thanks Jonathan,
I did manage to get both short codes functioning in a single page. There’s a big ugly gap in the middle of the page but at least it works. I may end up in limiting all opportunities to the non-specific kind. If there’s a specific date or time, that can be relayed in the description field.
I think I just found a fairly elegant solution in the ‘Better Notifications for WP’ plug-in. It allows me to send out a notification to any number of roles whenever a post is made in ‘Wired Impact Volunteer Management.’
We could potentially build a system that allows them all to be ordered in a customized way, but that gets very tedious if a lot of volunteer opportunities exist.
I could see where that would be a problem. We’re a tiny group so wouldn’t see more than a dozen ‘opportunities’ in a single year.
We’re always open to feedback, so if you have any ideas please let us know.
I wonder if it would be workable to simply post all opportunities, regardless of type, by creation date to a blogroll style page. The actual target date of ‘One-Time’ Ops could still be displayed in the output. It wouldn’t be perfect but certainly better than having Ops divided by type.

Doh! That did the trick. Thanks for that. The dev might want to change the first field from “Type Your Question Here” to something like “Question Title”

Did you even read my messages? Anyway, its a small price to pay for getting rid of your crap software.
