In reply to: [The Events Calendar] CSS Styling QuestionI was able to add padding to the list with this code:
ul.ecs-event-list {padding-top: 16px;}
But still can’t figure out the proper code to put space between the events.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Item Alignment IssueIssue resolved with the PRO version. A bargain at $39 US for 5 sites. Just the few extra options (on the paid version) made all of the difference in the world.
I was confused because I was not seeing the options that were offered in the support email.
Thanks for the quick support before I became a paying user.
Best Regards

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Item Alignment IssueThe client insists that I fix this now, so have had to deactivate MM plugin. If it is still possible to advise on the issue above, I would like to redeploy MM on this site.
Did you ever get an answer to this? I have the same issue.
What a delight to follow an intelligent, polite, thread on a subject of interest to many users.
While I have some interest in seeing the UX improved for these error messages, my concern is a little less technical. As primarily a marketing guy, not a techie, my impression is that the error message looks phishy. The unformatted, unstyled, look of the message is suspicious looking. I know, I know. But when I first encountered the message it looked like a hack.
As for the Wordfence branding, it’s not a big deal to me. But from the end user perspective, without the client branding it’s a little less intuitive. I’m just fine with the Wordfence branding.
Meanwhile, Wordfence Premium is on all of my client sites and it just keeps getting better. Worth every dollar. And I appreciate the constant updates. I even tolerate the constant “alert” emails for marketing purposes.
Finally, it would be great to see some sort of utility to improve the look and feel of the error messages.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] License Registration Not RetainedYes, I learned the hard way, that essential step when I first installed. After dozen of failed attempts. However, this appears to be something different. I will wait until I migrate the permanent site, then see what happens. Best Regards.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Disable Geolocation in Job ListingsWhere does this code go?
An additional note: As a graphic designer for 30+ years I notice these things. ShortPixel not only reduces size, but improves the images. The plugin automatically tweaks each image adding a bit of sharpening that renders your original images as better than the uploaded original.

In reply to: [Eazy Login Logo] Easy to use but the logo is way to smallHonestly, I did not know how important the reviews are. In the future I will make every effort to share a good plugin by providing the feedback.
As my nephew says, “Haters gonna’ hate.” The amount of time and energy put into negativity is astounding.
OK, so you have heightened by awareness of the importance of reviews and positive feedback. I am also going to commit to upgrading to premium on any plugin I use permanently in my client projects.
I know you develop for the challenge and satisfaction it brings you, but making a living off your talent can’t hurt.

In reply to: [Eazy Login Logo] Easy to use but the logo is way to smallAmen, Rob. There is such a lack of general manners on the forums. Free plugins are a gift from talented and generous developers who mostly hope to turn talent and goodwill into a living. All that work benefits folks like me, who actually do buy premium versions when offered.
Negative reviews not well thought out hurt everyone.
