if you log in WP and go in editing u can see them, but the public cannot.

I emailed a designer from word press but never received a response. I am stuck in my blog. There are many questions I have. I really would like to hire someone to move forward. It’s very frustrating and if I had an IT brain, my blog would be ready to go in 2 days. Can you help?
