Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I’m still having trouble:

But it’s not a huge deal – I was able to get around it by re-saving the original image with a tiny bit more compression before uploading.

Not bumping–I have some new info that might be relevant. I was just trying to install wpblacklist into a separate new install of WordPress, and I got this error message running the installer:

Warning: file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/[username deleted]/daisywreath.net/journal/wordpress/blacklist-install.php on line 87

Warning: file(https://www.jayallen.org/comment_spam/blacklist.txt): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/[username deleted]/daisywreath.net/journal/wordpress/blacklist-install.php on line 87

My web host (Dreamhost) recently disabled allow_url_fopen — could this be my problem? Should I give up on wpblacklist & investigate other options?
