Thanks for the reply. We are actually in a scenario where this would not be desired. We have found a work around for now but you may want to consider adding optional functionality in the future.

Had to roll back to a previous version that we had installed on another site that we moved over. Thank goodness for that!

Not a lot of things have changed on this site and it worked at one time. I just changed the theme yesterday and that’s how I noticed the issue.

*I noticed the issue BEFORE I changed the theme. After changing the theme, the issue still persists.

Yes, I second this. Free version seemed to work fine but now that I have the premium version, it disappears. Please fix ASAP, need this for an event.

Is there a character limitation? There are no funky characters or anything. Changing the gallery name seemed to “fix” the issue…

Also looks like the popover has some issues with z-index, text wrapping and with responsive on mobile. I would give you a link but it’s in a dev environment.

Z-Index: When the form pops up, parts are hiding under images and sliders.

Text Wrapping – The popout snippet won’t wrap, or the popout won’t constrain, however you want to look at it thus creating a super wide box depending on the amount of text you put in the snipped.

Responsive on Mobile – Popout window is hiding under the footer and the submit button in not accessible. Maybe another z-index issue…

For forms and tracking,

Got to a form you created and right click on it in the left sidebar. Select embed code. When the window pops up, in the second url (not the script one) you can see the base url (first parameter) and the account id (second parameter).

For Prepopulating,

Use your SOAP API values in Web Services. This seems to work for me.
