thanks. i can edit the css, but where would i put what you said to put in? as in where in all of that css mess?

i notice on my other two sites, when i put the text in for a new article, it goes all the way from one edge to another in the content box. however, in the new site, it starts a new line after going just over half way. not sure if this is the issue, or why that happens, but it might be something

yea, that isnt that big of a deal. and again, my other site is set up the same and doesnt do it. but i can live with this for now. the 404 thing is not good though. i will look for a solution in the forums on that and hopefully wont have to do another thread. i hate being computer stupid! thanks again for everyones help

and i also found out every single one of my categories is now going to a 404 page error. ugh!

actually, i found a solution in one of the threads. i changed my title from <title><?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?><?php wp_title(); ?></title>

to

<title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title>

that did it. only problem now is when i try to put a link of an article on face book, it still says ProMMAInsiderName of my article. I would like to get rid of the Pro MMA Insider part. is that part of the same problem?

i just found it for free. the forums there are not very well supported. the thing is i have another site that has the exact same theme and it doesnt have the problem. i compared the yoast plug in and both and they are set up exactly the same way.

and i would assume since when i deactivate yoast and it is ok, that is is a yoast problem and not a theme problem.

i checked those threads and tried several of the suggested solutions. none have worked yet

it didnt work when i chose the force rewrite titles. the rest of what you said is foreign to me. i dont know anything about codes. i am trying to figure out where all that is, but not seeing anything yet

thanks. but what i mean, is on chrome, the tabs on the top of the screen that show all the sites you are on. the one for my site says Pro MMA Insider Pro MMA Insider. and if you went to another page it would say something like Pro MMA Insider Jon Jones wins fight. I need to get rid of the extra pro mma insider that shows up
