The following line replaced the first line of my config file when I deleted the plugin:

//define(‘WP_CACHE’, true);

I deactivated it and the site was running fine. I then clicked delete and the site immediately returned an error page. I fixed the line and the site runs fine. I was able to reproduce the white page errors.

Removing Wp Super Cache via the delete command on the Admin page of my site caused the fist line of my wp-config file to be replaced and corrupted my site. I had to restore the <?php tag in the first line of my config file to restore my site.

I removed WP Super Cache and installed Quick Cache and I do not get the error, so this solved the problem for me.

i can not save any fileds to a form or change the fields. The new fields add properly but when I save the form and try to use it the fileds are no longer attached to the form

same issue with checklist buttons not showing up. there seems to be no response or support for this plug in.

Does not work for me on 3.3.2
