You need to define the thumbnail in the post admin page. We don’t generate post thumbnails on the fly, that wouldn’t be very efficent, since wordpress already does the work. Simply assign the post thumbnail in a post’s write page (there should be a new option box on the right side) and it’ll show up for WPtouch.

This is only works on WordPress 2.9+.

Hmm, maybe that’s a good option. We’ll look into that.

As of 1.9.5 you can add your own custom user agents.

The MCE editors aren’t compatible with iPhones, not just WPtouch.

We haven’t done any theme specific testing (you can image the rabbit hole that is!)

Have you tried disabling ajax comments in WPtouch? There’s something special going on there, as WPtouch has its own theme files and should be fine to post comments.

WPtouch is a plugin, so it needs to be uploaded to the /w-content/plugins folder. Once activated you can setup it’s options in the admin panel.

We’ll likely add a user agents section in the admin to input additional UA’s. That way it’ll survive upgrades : )

Your logo icon is the apple touch icon. No other modification is needed. We assume most people would want the logo icon and the bookmark (apple-touch-icon) to be the same.
